Dent Zone® pre-qualitifes all of its
Certified Fulfillment Technicians (CFTs) prior to membership into our PDR
LinxSM Network. Basic skills for performing
PDR can be learned over the course of one or two months. However, it takes
several years of experience to master the skills necessary to restore a
vehicle to the expectation level of insurance companies, dealerships and
major accounts.
Technicians can only be sponsored by an Area Manager
Technicians must complete an application that includes retail and
wholesale trade references
PDR LINXSM certifies all technicians
with background and customer service checks
Additional quality tests insure the technician is capable of accurate
repairs
Technicians must maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in
order to keep their active certification status
